About Bulunmaz Tools
Bulunmaz has made diamond cutting tools for 45+ years. We started with the tools that cut the bright facets on gold jewelry, where the smallest flaw in a diamond edge shows on the finished piece. Today we make the same kind of tool for ten industries, from watch parts and lens molds to valve balls and alloy wheels.
What we do
- We make single crystal diamond tools in natural diamond and MCD, with CVD diamond on request.
- We make standard tools and custom tools to your drawing, in our own workshop and with partner manufacturers.
- We resharpen diamond tools in our own workshop, including tools from other makers.
How we work
- You tell us your part, your material and your machine.
- We suggest the tool, or draw it for your approval.
- We make it, ship it, and resharpen it when it is worn.
Who we supply
Workshops and factories that run their own machines. We do not machine or polish parts for customers.
