Diamond tools for diamond-cut wheels, commutators and pistons
A diamond-cut wheel gets its bright face from one fine pass of a diamond tool on a wheel lathe. Similar tools turn copper commutators and finish aluminum pistons. Bulunmaz supplies PCD tools for wheel lathes, and natural diamond and MCD tools for the finest finishes, as standard tools or to your drawing.

When diamond is the right choice
Alloy wheels are cut with PCD, which stands up to the interrupted cut on a spoked face. Single crystal diamond, natural or MCD, is for the final bright cut on smooth aluminum and copper parts. Neither is the tool for steel parts. Tell us your part and we'll say plainly which one fits.
Who we supply
Bulunmaz makes and supplies diamond tools for wheel repair shops and parts makers that run their own lathes. We do not refurbish wheels for car owners, and we do not sell wheel lathes. If you run the machine, we supply the tool for it.
