High-gloss diamond tools for aluminum housings
The thin bright line around the edge of a phone, laptop or speaker housing is cut, not polished. A single crystal diamond cutter leaves a mirror chamfer on anodized aluminum in one pass. Bulunmaz makes these cutters in MCD and natural diamond, as standard tools or to your drawing.

When diamond is the right choice
Single crystal diamond is for aluminum, where it gives a brighter chamfer than PCD. It is not the tool for stainless steel or titanium frames. If you are unsure about your alloy, send us the grade and we'll tell you honestly.
Who we supply
Bulunmaz makes and supplies diamond tools for factories and workshops that machine housings on their own CNC machines. We do not machine parts for customers. If you run the machine, we supply the tool for it.
