Diamond tools for acrylic edge polishing and clear machining
Acrylic and polycarbonate show every tool mark. A single crystal diamond edge cuts them cleanly enough that an edge or a face can leave the machine clear, without flame polishing or buffing. Bulunmaz makes natural diamond and MCD tools for edge polishing machines and CNC machining centers, as standard tools or to your drawing.

When diamond is the right choice
Diamond polishing gives the clearest edge on straight cuts and thick sheets, and it avoids the heat marks that flame polishing can leave. Flame polishing is still faster for curved shapes and large volumes. If you are not sure which one fits your part, send us a photo and we'll tell you honestly.
Who we supply
Bulunmaz makes and supplies diamond cutting tools for workshops and factories that polish or machine acrylic on their own machines. We do not polish or machine parts for customers, and we do not sell edge polishing machines. If you run the machine, we supply the tool for it.
