Diamond end mills and chamfer cutters
A single crystal diamond end mill cuts with one polished diamond edge. On a CNC machine it leaves walls, floors and chamfers bright and smooth, with no polishing step. Bulunmaz makes these cutters in MCD and natural diamond, as standard tools or to your drawing.

Materials

Bulunmaz makes and supplies diamond tools for workshops and factories that run their own CNC machines. We do not mill parts for customers.
Common questions
- What is a diamond end mill used for?
- For the final mirror pass on non-ferrous metals and clear plastics, where the cut surface is the finished surface.
- Is this the same as a diamond-coated end mill?
- No. A coated end mill is a carbide tool with a thin diamond layer, made for wear resistance. A single crystal diamond end mill has one solid diamond edge, made for surface finish.
- MCD or PCD?
- PCD lasts long and is used for volume cutting. MCD and natural diamond give the brighter surface.
